The project required constant involvement from a designer due to the large number of animations and interactive elements, which made it difficult to maintain visual and UX consistency across all pages.
Another key challenge was improving the user experience without increasing the budget or expanding the scope of work. It was necessary to creatively enhance navigation and content structure without compromising speed or design quality.
The project also required well-coordinated teamwork and flexibility at every stage from branding to final delivery.
